Inspiration for today...

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Just a Cold Snowy Day

It is very cold outside and I think this will be the first time this winter that the snow will stick to the ground. It has been snowing off and on all day with blowing winds. I do not look forward to winter. I do like snow but don't like the cold it brings. I remember the January just after D turned one there was tons of snow on the ground but it was like 45 and sunny - now that would be a good winter!

I have been sorting through toys into buckets all day - well sitting with sleeping children on my lap too... I need to gather all the winter stuff for the boys, making sure it is washed and ready for tomorrow. I know I have pants for D, I just can't find them. I have four pants for C so he should be set. K should be set too...she's a little to young to be frolicking in the snow this year. Not looking forward to all this!!!! YUCK!

Having moved from Los Angeles to Atlanta, our whole family is freaks out when we get frost in the morning! Burrrrrrrr!

I've been working and sorting all day, too. Fun stuff, huh? But I made some head way!

So sorry to hear about your upcoming snowy, cold days, I mean weeks, oh I mean months - ha ha. I went camping this past week end and slept in the back of my jeep. It was wonderful. Actually it was a little cold in the mornings, but not bad. Glad to see you are blogging. I miss all of you so much.
