On the way from work to church - in amongst the screams, cries and giggles - I hear this conversation...
D: C, we hear by sound waves that move through the air.
C: Yes, sound waves.
D: These sound waves go in one ear.
C: Yes, one ear.
D: Then these sound waves go right through to the other ear.
C: Yes, the other ear.
D: That is right, C. In one ear and right out the other.
More screams, cries and giggles....
Now if these two can figure that out at almost 5 and 3...why can't grown men figure that out and listen better?

That is hysterical! Funny how little boys can get it...and somehow lose it as adults. :) Glad you posted that!
I agree though, in one ear and OUT the other. They don't hear it at all, lol. Or at least don't retain it.
Great story, I love the conversations kids have! So entertaining!:0)
